Bluetooth Headphone WEP200
Replacement of Ear Gea

I have purchased a bluetooth headphone on 25.10.08 bearing the model no WEP200 for my use, but unfortunately while the changing the ear gear from my right to left the stud got broken and needs a replacement for which I am ready to pay a price.

On the contrary I have been to your service center located in Bhubaneswar for a replacement of the ear gear but was surprised to get a poor and instant reply " Nothing can be done, kindly take a new one because such spares are not given by the Company".

Kindly suggest me now what I should do now??? Should I throw the machine or will I get a spare.
