Blumax bluetooth headset
Not working

I flew from raipur to mumbai on 11th of may by your jetlite flight no. S2 0378, seat no 12F, 0900 am.

I did an inflight purchase bid of blumax bluetooth headset and on landing got my product in hand but on coming home I noticed that it was not functioning at all... tried for two days but was given different numbers by your call centres and finally this email address...

pl advice as to what action should be taken because this is the first time that on in flight purchase such a bad product has been delivered... can you please get it replaced...
