NO TICKET BUT you have to pay

I boarded bus no KA01f 2390 on 23/01, at lats but one stop on route yelhanka 5th phase bus stop, conductor asked me to give him 10 rs as bus charge and as per actual charge its rs 4 only, when i resisted he told else i will have to rs 100 as fine, but he was not willing to give me ticket .really corrupt system. I will take necessary action, though its not matter of rs 4 or 10 but corruption.
