I have purchased a spy pen from NAPTOL in 16th oct. (Order No 883657.COD basis. Upon checking I found the same as faulty & after discussing with the customer care of naptol.com (ph :9223526148) I have sent back the spy pen to UTC dehli through blue dart courier After that I have spoke many times with the customer care of M/s Naptol.com for refund of my money but till date they have not yet returned nor any call have come from them…Please help
