Ticket not issued by BMTC conducto

I had boarded Bus Route No 361C at 1.00 pm at Chikkahagade Cross on Feb 6. Bus No is KA 01, F 2153.

The conductor took Rs.5.00 and did not issue me ticket. When asked, he refused.

Kindly identify the conductor and take action against him
