Non issue of ticket to passenge

I was travelling by bus no. KA 01/ FA-915 Route 328 from Domlur to Marthahalli at 10:30 AM on 09 Jul. My ticket no. is M45 986264 for Re.10. A passenger gave 10 rupee to Conductor, the Conductor of the bus did not give ticket to a passenger and returned 5 rupees. When I insisted for issue of a ticket to him, afterv a lot of discussion he gave him 7 rupees ticket by collecting rupees 2 more and using indecent language. It is as if being a third man if i could have not intrfered, he would have pocketed the money.
