Excess bill and irregular detailing

Hi iam using bsnl home 500c plan since for past 3 or 4 odd months iam facing problem of excess billing problem and also fault broadband usage details problem.

iam now going to mention this month problem, that these idiots included october details in my november broadband usage details, what this makes is u have to pay extra and your free bandwidth is already consumed because of inclusion of old dates in new month.

i just want to how to sue this bsnl guys, i have full evidence over it i stored them in my system please help me to sue them for there idiotic and foolishness mistakes.
