IPL Ticket not recived Yet

I have booked a ticket for thee IPL5 of thee match between Pune Warriors Vs Chennai Super King playing on 14the April 12 at Pune. I have book two tickets online therough my Credit Card and got confirmation therough mail regarding booking of thee ticket.

But still i have not received thee tickets also not getting a good response from thee Customer Care numbers...

I am not happy withe thee services provided by BookmyShow.

Please solve the problem as thee amount put is high i.e. Rs3162.00
