Amount deducted twice for one single transaction

I had purchased two tickets using bookmyshow online facility using CITI bank credit card on 26/09 for the movie "What's Your Rashee" for the location Big Cinema's-Kalyani Nagar Pune. Even though for one of the transaction which got failed and I haven't received any sms alert, but the amount has been deducted twice which should be for only one transaction for which I received sms confirmation with booking ID. I thought the second transaction will be reverted back as it wasn't confirmed by book my show, but the amount got deducted.
