Spurious parts supplied by BPL India

The timer in my BPL Refrigerator has already been replaced for the second time within a week, but refrigerator is still not working. As confessed by the BPL Service Centre, Tinsukia, Assam, who carried out the replacement, it is due to the bad quality of spare parts supplied by BPL to their Service Centres.

I fail to understand how a reputed company like BPL can supply spurious parts to their Service Centres!!

Kindly look into the matter and do theneedful.
