Non reciving of vouvcher no

I had parchase 120 rs coupens of recharge of bpl mobile services on dt. 21/10/08, but by mistak of reatiler recharge coupen scrach no was srub by him badly, he saggest me to visit the bpl gallary for further help but i visit frist to bpl ghatkopar gallry they took down my cell no & rechage coupen no & reaply me they will send me the crub no by sms or by give call on my no.but they didnot given me call as well as the sms, again i visit the same gallry, again same feedback was given me by gallry assitant (nilofar), but after that same position happens, so i went to nearest gallery at chembur at there mr. samir was assist me & note down the same & enshore me that he will give me call but no any call & sms is given by him to me now my recharge coupen is not usfull to me & i lost 120 rs valid coupen, so kindly give me the proper service in this matter.
