Adapter is not working

I am anil satya kumar.my phone number is 24040914.i recently got broadband connection.the power supply adapter is not working.earlier when it is working the link i.e.adsl link is not constant. i usually disconnected to internet. i enrolled complaint in call center i.e.1500 ten days before.but no response from the authorities. my adapter is not working.i am from sarrornagar region.please change the adapter, modem and explain the problem
