My telephone no. 0124-2379039 generally get out of order once or twice within a week. When I complain to the concerned personnel to repair the same, they replied very harshly that they have more important task to do and it may take a few weeks or a month. There attitude and response is also unacceptable. We always pay our bills regularly without any delay. It not understood that why they are not providing quality services.
