Deactivation of bsnl caller tunes

Hi, this is durga bhavani, my cell no is 9491023458. i have sent BT DACT to 56700 to activate my bsnl hello tunes. 2 weeks over, still hello tune service is not deactivated. I don't the reason but i have been charged 2 times to the stipulated charge of hello tune.

Please help me to let the BSNL to deactivate Hello tune (Caller Tune) service to my mobile.
