Refund of Money

On behalf of my father, I Mudit Goyal hereby complaint that in the year 2004 my father opted for WLL service in my small town of Abu Road (Rajasthan) and an amount of 1720 was paid for it and it was clearly mentioned on the pay slip that as soon as it would be submitted back an amount of1720 would be returned. After using WLL (City Mobile) for almost a year he decided to submit it back on 01.03.05 but no money was refunded back and after going to B.S.N.L office again and again there was no response and at last i decided to file my complaint today and i thereby ask you a compensation of Rs.2000 together with it.i have all the Documents and the last bill of WLL was duely paid. I retain the Photocopy of the Application submitted along with WLL phone so please i request for justice.
