Deducting money from my preapid connection for dialer tone which has never been requested by me

The bsnl cellular connection activated dialer tone from May, 09 on my prepaid number 9467287412. I have not send any request for the same. They have deducted in two times more than 40 rupees from my account.

This is like a panelty. When we are not interested why they are automatically activating the tone and deducting the money from our account.By doing this they are demotivating against their product.

Being a mobile user we never expect this type of act atleast from BSNL.

This is my personal request you to make necessary action agst. such kind of acts and arrange to refund my money.

They are playing a part of thief and they should be panalised and punished.

An early and positive response will be highly appreciated.
