I am not assisted properly to cancel my BSNL tune

I am Bearing the BSNL prepaid number 9448636617. I had activated a called tune sometimes back but now i don want any called tune, i had talked customer care asked for the procedure to cancel the tune, but after i followed the procedure instead of canceling the tune the caller tune is changed to something else. i called up again n i was asked to follow same procedure i did but still i have the called tune and getting charged for it. I want to get rid of the caller tune as soon as possible. I am not happy with BSNL services.
