Telephone dead

Sir,

I have lodged a complaint against my telephone no. 0343-2501094 which is still lying dead on date through BSNL automatic complaint line no. L0034 dt. 26.6.08 & again lodged a complaint today no. Q0052 dt. 30.6.08 since nobody attended till date. Please look into the matter. The line is just beinig repaired a week ago & again it is lying dead. But BSNL has not dedeucted any amount against their rent for not giving service for those 15 days. I hope their should be a system of deducting rent for the days when the BSNL line is not working / dead due to theri fault.
