I have surrendered my Cellone Sim card & got the connection cancelled for my cell number 9448047745. Till date I have not received the refund (Rs.-) from BSNL. Its been 1 year since I have surrendered the Sim. I tried to contact the customer care service, but the number (9448024365) is no longer in operation. Pl help..
