Improper Bills

My telephone number is 0251-2553486. I have applied for BSNL dataone connection last year and got the same installed last month only. My first bill was totally incorrect, I have applied for unlimited plan of Rs.750/- but they have activated wrong plan due to which i was over charged for downloading. I have been to BSNL Ulhasnagar office personally and met some official there. I dndt got any refund and was advised to pay the bill and got the assurance that plan is now changed to 750 Unlimited Plus and next month onwards i will receive the bill of Rs.750/- irrespective of my usage. but today i shocked to see the bill of Rs.6000/-. I dont know why the problem is taking place and BSNL is harrasing me. Please look into this.
