I am using BSNL Land line Facilitiy since 2004 at same location in Andhra Pradesh.

Even i given a written application to JTO Sullurupeta in june i have not recieved the facility till now. i and my family is suffering because of annoying/mischievous calls and threatenings continuously.

i have humble request to provide Caller ID facility to my phone for proper identification and police proceeding against the culprits..
