Shifting of Telephone

I am apply for Shifting of my Tel No. 07712234781 to my New add. on 02/06, but till date no action taken by the concerned authority for shifting of my phone. Now i think I switch from BSNL land line to airtel line.

When i submit the form, the autority said that the tel. will be shifted within a week.
