Burning leaves

I live opposite Holy Cross Church Kurla, Mumbai and have repeatedly told the school and church authorites about burning leaves, branches and othe waste material. But all seems to fall on deaf ears. I causes a health hazard but they dont seem to understand.

Can you help us get in touch with the right authorites so that we can raise a complain.

This is done on a daily basis every evening.
