Cable TV connection no KA00911228
Refund delay

My Cable TV connection (Sub code KA00911228) closed on 10 July. I paid Rs 1980/- (vide rt no 668341 dtd 02/04/09) as one year advance rent. But i used only 3months & 10 days. At the time of giving request the information frm ur East Hill, Calicut office, was 2 weeks to 2 months may take for getting refund.

Then I waited upto 2months. After that I contacted several times to ur Westhill office, Calicut office, & TVM office. But no use, they were not in a position to say when refund can be done. Very irresponsible responds. Really I feel very bad about your organization Asianet! Now 4 months over. I am expecting the refund amount within one week.
