Non-refund of cancelled ticket money

Dear Sir

I had booked one ticket on 1/04 for travelling from Mumbai to Kumta. Due to postpone of journey I had cancelled the ticket same day. Ticket number was T03W77825164 The ticket was booked through my HDFC bank credit card and Rs 1326/- was deducted from my SB Account. However till date I have not got the refund of the cancelled ticket. HDFC bank adviced me to contact you for the same. Please look into the matter and release the refund.
