Cancellation of eticket (pnr no. 2249565043)
Poor response from irctc

Dear Sir/Madam,

Due to some reason my family has decided to cancell our visit to jhansi and i have been trying to cancell the above said ticket since 6th of june, but all in vein, after my repeat trying i got through the no. and your representative promised to take care of the same but till today neither i got any information in my mail nor any calls, and today when i tried to call them a lady responded to say that they didn't recieve anything, and when i told her i have the message in my send folder, she decided to disconnect the call.

All i want to know, is it possible to get my ticket refunded? if yes then what would be my next step?

Kindly help me in this matter.
