I don’t recd. My camera till date

Dear Sir/Madam

I purchase a camera (canon power shot A-470, Serial No. 6546220642) from Pixel Communication System P. Ltd against Invoice No. PCSPL/SI/333/08-09 dt. 02.08.08. one day I use the camera but they not work only show the screen memory error. I go to the shop dt. 27.10.08 and tell them problem they told me I sending your camera to canon you Call to customer care. They give me job sheet no. it is JS53379 dt. 27.10.08 and they also told me you recd. Your camera within a week, But I don’t recd. My camera till date. I call and call to customer care but no body help me.

So Sir please help me and take a action as soon as possible, I am waiting your response.
