Postpaid verification

We had prepaid conncetion earlier. When changed to post paid all hell went loose. Airtel verification dept did never come to our residence. all docs submitted BSNL, Elec Bil, PAN card details, as per Verification deptt attracted us negative verification.our 500Rs submitted by receipt balance now have to go for reimbursement by legal help.nobody knows or answerable in airtel, socalled managers included.
