Carrier air conditioner
Want to sue the company for their very very poor service, please guide me about the procedure

From last month i am complainting them that my AC in not working,

they attened my complaint after a 10 days and they took some part of my AC (on the 7 of may) by assureing me that they will repair my AC part in 2 days and my AC will start again and they are still not back and they have not made any contact to me.even they are not responding my calles.i am really frustated from their service, so please help me out with it and tell me the procedure to sue the company.
