I used my canara bank ATM-CUM-DEBIT card in icici bank ATM id s1cno 739 on 4.10.08 at11:52 to withdraw Rs but the transaction is declined and the amount is deducted from my SB A/C 2143101002682. Pl.inform me the procedure to retain the amount.
