Charged for failed transactions, TWICE!!!

I used ccavenue to register for bigflix movie rental service and the transaction failed ***************1418 005139468872 6001 and ***************1418 005138994566 6001. so i tried again and it showed another error (2029). the statement shows i was charged twice for something i never got! i tried to raise a dispute on ccavenue.com and there is another error regarding the webpage! i tried to find the contact no. and even that page has an error! is that how you scam your customers?
