Echarge failure

I purchased my bsnl sim before a month. i got my sim recharged with Rs. 230 mobile gprs plan. It worked well for one month. now my validity is over, i went to get my sim recharged with this plan again, but the recharge failed. since 2 days m trying to get this recharge but every time it fails. Not only me, my friends are also facing the same problem. Kindly solve my problem at the earliest. I will be highly obliged if you take action in time and revert my problem soon. Thank you.
