No info of the train rescheduling

2101 Gyaneshwari express form LTT @ 20:35 is getting rescheduled every day since more then 20 days. this is not been announce in public from any of the mass media or at the time of issuing the ticket. I came from kandivali (east) to LTT in a rickshaw and it took me around 200 rupees. Also there were no space in waiting room either b’coz lots of people came from diffident part of the city. I decided to go back home @ kandivali as there was no alternate train available. It again cost me around 200 rupees. And now ‘ll again go to LLT at 4 am to catch this train. There were lost of upset people like me at LLT. I just want to know why did they haven’t inform at the time of issuing the tickets two day back as this rescheduling is happing since more then 20 days. I was suppose to attained a wedding function of my brother @ Nagpur which now I ‘ll miss.
