No seat given in the coach against reserved ticket

Sir,

I am P G S Ratnaraj, a priest in a church in Ajmer, Rajasthan. I booked Wait list e-ticket on 7th may for the travel date 13th June in train No: 2642 (THIRUKURAL EXPRESS) from Nizamudin (NZM) to Tirunelveli (TEN) in IIIAC for 3 people. My Transaction ID is 0112894313 and the PNR No is 2522294490.

On my travel date my ticket was partly confirmed RAC and the others were not allotted seat/ berth. I got RAC 63 in B-1 Coach. On 13th when I board the train in the AC coach I was shocked to see that there was no seat numbered 63. That day (13/06) the B1 coach in the train 2642 was SR 95101. I approached the TTE and the TTE conveyed his helplessness of helping us in that situation and asked sorry for the inconvenience caused to us. He wrote down on our ticket that there is no seat/ berth 63 in the coach.

Along with my family I suffered a lot in the train for 48 hours and the journey was terrible to us in that very hot days. So kindly arrange to refund the entire amount with proper compensation.

On our oral communication with the Railway authorities Via phone and in person, Yesterday (21-06- 2009) as per your orders Mr. Rama Rathinam, C.C.I. of Tirunelveli Railway station personally came and met us in our residence but our talk ended up in failure. After that there is no response till now. Kindly treat this matter urgent so that the proper refund with compensation may be given to us on time without much delay. Hope we will be given justice. I will be thankful to you for this.
