Dear Sir

I applied for allottment of Flat under DRS 1987 through

Application -Cum -Receipt no 012044 for RS 5000

dated 14-7-1987

As i was transffered to Bangalore and I could not receive

allotment letter in time I lost the chance to have a flat in Mumbai forever.

As I am Retired and there is no chance returning to Mumbai

I have no alternative but to ask refund ofRs 5000 along with interest if any.

I sent a Regd Letter on 1st March along with

1) Original Application -Cum _Receipt 012044 dated14-7-1987

2) Original Proforma for With Drawal duly filled-in

to

Unfortunately the said regd letter was returned undelivered

The address was scored across with 3 lines

May I request You to send me the correct address

for further necessary action by me.

p.s As i felt & experienced by now - Sending Regd letter, e-Mail to aggrieving party is of no use.

Hence as a last option i am complaining to Indian consumer complaints Forum
