Unwanted calls

I am receiving the calls on my land line phone asking some Mr Agarwal.

Each & every time my family members are telling him that this phone no belongs to

us since june & here is no any Mr. Agarwal in my knowledge. Pl delete the no from your list.

Today I have also received the calls and when I asked the introduction of the caller.

he told me that he is mr amit acharya from citifanancial salt lake kolkata and start arguing baselesly and unwarranted. He told me that this no was given me by his corporate office in 2007.and I was lieing regarding my name as I may be the borrower. The way of talking was telling me that he was not giving his proper introduction. Now I am going to bsnl to knowing the phone no of the caller & file a case against them.

I request you to takeup matter with your all centers in kolkata to avoid legal consiquences
