Non issue of card for family

I applied for ration card four times in last ten years but not responded even after verification no response and given complaint throgh net to civil supplies and asked to submit fresh even after that no information and not issued the card till date personally visited AO but no response i unable to get hall ticket for my son studying plus two as no evidence for address proff i am staying in the same house for the past 23 years i give below the receipt for my new card application acknowledgementno.029/020 nc/4418/98, no.333 dt-10-12, no.9760dt.12-9, no.1053dt.14-5-08
