Unethical behavio

I have stayed in this hotel over last three days with my family. It is extremely sickening feeling to face the unethical behavior of the staff in this hotel. To name few, they quote a price during check in and collect different rate while checking out time (they adjust against the extra advance they have taken and they refuse to return the correct amount). Purposely, they dont write the room rent on check in document (they write only advance amount) and while checking out they will have someone else to retrun lesser amount. It is a well planned cheating they carry out. Another cheating they do is around hot water supply. Thye keep one geyser in every room which doesn't operate at all... They provide hot water at 8AM everyday, just for 15 mins, not even sufficient for one person. Imagine taking cold water or lukewarm water bath in Ooty temperature!! The food what they server is pathetic quality... Overall, one of the worst and sad feeling to stay in this hotel.. I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this hotel.
