I had booked a ticket in my daughter name Gargy Dash on 22.03.2009 in Indian airlines from Delhi to Bhubaneswar and return ticked on 24.03.2009 from BBSR to Delhi by Indian Airlines through yatra.com by credit card. (Yatra Reference No. IN9DSA). However as my daughter did not travel on 22.03. I extended the journey to 06.06.2009 from Delhi to BBSR & return journey on 12.06.2009 from BBSR to Delhi by Indian Airlines, by paying extra Rs.1000/- at Indian Airlines counter in the Domestic airport.

She did not avail this journey due to her medical counseling (CBSE PMT), and I had to cancel the tickets on 03.06.2009 from Safadarjang Airport. I reported the matter to Shri Hement Kaushik of Yatra team.

I am following for the refund of Rs. 6000/- through internet/mobil Phone, but so far I have not received my refund of approximately Rs.6000/- from Indian Airlines/yatra team.

The Ticket Nos of my daughter Gargy Dash’s journey are :

Airline PNR = RE75RV-22.03.2009 after that 06.06.2009

= RDXJEG-24.03.2009 after that 12.06.2009

Kindly do the needful and return my refund of Rs.6000/- to my credit card account.
