Not received my gift

My product is compaq 773tu (collabaration with HP) note book laptop. the company announced wi-fi music speakar offer for free gift, to get this offer they mentiond 500 rupees D.D for handling charges, delivery duration is 6to 8 weeks.

then i sent a D.D in favour of SOLUTIONS INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVEICES PVT LTD on 05-06. d.d number 551990 (Andhrabank). in this reguard i sent a email for enquiry. They sent a email to me we have some problems with our partner it will be delivered 6to 8 weeks. Then i waited 1month 15 days till now i have not received my gift . few days back redemption cell phone number also not working .nobody not lifting phone
