No receipt of gift

Sir,

i purchased a compaq C773TU note book on 28/05/08, and applied for wi music offer and sent a DD of rs500/- but still i didn't get any response from the company side.i talked to HP customer care about this and he assured me that i will get my gift within 45 days and i think 100 day have been passed now and if i still get no response i am going to file a case in the consumer court.
