PROBLEM IN CPU

I, mr Asish Roy, had bought a compaq computer on 04/06 and its model number is SG37301L INA9170FX4. But this computer is giving problem within a couple of weeks after it had been bought. The CPU is giving some problem and the computer is sometimes becoming very slow. I have launched a complain regarding this mater in the compaq office yesterday and my CASE ID is CA0853696. It will be better if you kindly look aftr this serious issue.
