Delay in gift offered by redemption cell

Sir,

this is to bring your kind notice that i purchased a compaq presario laptop in the end of july and offered by the company there was n offr for students. As it was asked i send a dd of amount 888 to their redemption cll.and today after more then 4 months nothing reached @ my place although it was assured that i will receive it within 4 to 6 weeks.

I have already send them around 10 e-mails and ven called them more then that.being an stuent i am facing a lot of mental stress because of that claim so with the help of you I WANT TO PSUE AGAINST THEM FOR THE STRESED CAUSED AND I AM REQUESTING YOU TO GET THE SUITABLE COMPENSATION FOR THAT .i am herewith attaching a mail send by them.
