Not received promotional kodak camera

Hi

This is Haresh from Jalgaon, i have purcharsed a "Compaq Presario -CQ45, 112AU" Laptop on December 30th '08, along with that i was given an offer of Kodak 9.3 Megapixel camera if i pay a DD of 1299/- to the HP redemtion cell in New Delhi, I had sent the required details along with the DD in January to the redemption cell address.

however when i am trying to call them, there is no response from them.
