Compaq Presario Desktop
Non-receipt of UPS

Sir,

I had purchased the Compaq Presario Desktop having model no. SG3530IL and sr. no. INA84101L8 ON Dec'08. As per HP pavilion Promo offer, I had sent the cheque of amount Rs. 999/- for dual offer of All-in-one printer and 600VA UPS. However vide your refference no. 52116, I have received only the above printer. On contacting thrice in eairlier over phone to HP redemption cell, it was only assured and commited that same to be despatched within two weeks in every time. But till Icould not received the same.

So it is requested to kindly keep your commitment and make the arrangement for eairly despatch of the UPS. Feedback may please be sent by return mail.
