NON RECEIPT OF GIFT

DEAR SIR,

i wish to inform you that i have not yet received the said gift of an all in one hp-printer aginst my purchase of a compaq desktop-SG3770IL.I had purchased the product on 24-mar, and its allready going to be three months .we were told to receive it within 6 to 8 weks but i think its a long time span now.even we are not aware about whether it is in process or not, i mean to say i have not even received any information about its progress.i have even sent the cheque.

so, please help me get my gift son or receive any message of its progress.
