I have purchased one Desktop model Compaq Presario SG3630IL PC on 28th Feb'09 from Arshan Systech Pvt Ltd, chennai vide their Invoice no 3383 with an offer of free printer and ups from HP by remitting an amount of Rs. 999/- Accordingly I have completed all formalitiesby registering the product at their website and send the DD and copy of invoice and barcode details on 17th Mar'09 (20th Mar'09 was the last date for submission)

I have not heard anything from company and not receied nay response to my followup
