REDEMPTION GIFT

Sir,

I had bought a Compaq Presario SG355IL from Computer Trade and Technology, 50/51 Goldie Complex, Chakrata Road, Dehradun on Feb 16 with a promise of a redemption gift of a HP UPS & a 3 in 1 HP printer. I sent a draft of RS. 999 in the name of Innovative Incentives & Events Pvt Ltd, Chandigarh. After about 4 months I recieved the printer but am yet to recieve the UPS. No one at the redemption cell at chandigarh picks up the phone. Such a kind of behaviour is not expected from a company like HP.Kindly help me. My redemption code is JJ58LVIHZB.
