I had purchased COMPAQ PRESARIO SG3640IL deskt op on 28/02/09 from SERVICE PLUS, MIRA ROAD, MUMBAI and has sent a D.D in favour of your company of Rs 999/- and copy of bill &original bar code. Till date i had not received my gift. when i am going to get it? what is the current status? I posted my query on redemptuion site but there is no reply.
