Compaq presario SR5110Il Desktop PC
Non supply of claim, webcam and headphone

I have purchased Compaq Presario SR5110IL Desktop PC and claimed for free gift of webcam and headphone. My redemption code is 1Y2HRBPU2C, I have send a A/C Payee Cheque of Rs 200 in favour of Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt Ltd payable at New Delhi, with required document, through Registered Post. The cheque has been cleared from my A/c in central bank for more than a month but I am still waiting for a gift. On telephonic inquiry at 011-41306700 They reply me that they did not recieve any document or cheque. I have also recieved confimation letter for delivering of my document and cheque from post office, and clearing of cheque is itself a proof of delivery. kindly look into the matter.
